ok, question o wise ones...how often do you figure I should do the tape measure, I had been told weekly and to look at that over the scale, however, my belly is not moving at all. Its ticking me off, I know im getting leaner, I can see it in my shoulders and legs. Not sure what the weight is doing, have to check it when i go in today, but I KNOW im leaning out. So mabye only do it monthly or bi monthly?

I measure about once a month. how many spots are you measuring?

theres som many spots you can be losing from. that said if you see improvement in the mirror I would not even think twice about it

thats up to you really

it gives you more of an overall assessment...but its more measuring too. I personally think once a week is a lot of measuring though.

I think so too, even I could tell it was screwing with my head. I also need to relax and be patient, its only been ten weeks, I should be happy, im within 5 lb(as of a week ago)from my pre baby weight. I need to chill out.

To some extent. He won't be doing general surgery for a profession. He doesn't want to do gen surg b/c of these ridiculous hours. He's not even applying to residencies where he would have to do general surgery, lol. That's how much he hates it, too. He's either doing plastic surgery or radiology, both of which are known for their "good" hours and family friendly-ness.

I was just feeling extra whiney last night

mainly b/c I'm going away this weekend, and during this rotation, we've gotten some good QT over the weekends. I'm in a better mood now, thanks.
