If done correctly it wont slip. People use that grip for various reasons. It puts a greater load on your arms instead of your chest. It allows you to go wider for power lifting competition. Instead of telling you this I should of just done this though.

Not sure why'd you'd lol at someone working back and chest together. I'm doing this currently and really enjoying the workouts as well as seeing good results.

Im lol'ing because he has horrible form for both bodyparts. Also Arnold originally set the whole training Chest/Back togather trend and if Arnold was to watch this he would shake his head in disgust and probably even point and laugh. Chest + Back is an awesome workout if done properly, do you superset each exercise?

I saw the MTV show "When I was 17" and Mike talks about some of the things he did in high school which include organizing a 300 person party. What does the average person do... show up and drink (Beta)... he made it happen which shows leadership, ambition and risk taking. Alpha.
