    I was pushing for lower bodyfat a couple of months ago and opted for FlashPoint. It sure does what it claims to. I got a good boost to my workouts taking it before the workout, and later in the day I did notice the appetite-suppressing aspect of it. The sub-lingual concept works--it was in my system and working within minutes.
