    Extra fat advice (pics)

Over the last 6 months I have lost 20 lbs.200lbs-180 6ft tall 31 years old. Not exactly the best way. Stress, not eating much. But also have cleaned my diet and have used the plenty of cardio excersizes including P90x which I actually really like. But I may have lost too much weight because I am still very soft. Especially in my chest and stomach area's. I understand that you cant spot reduce. But my question is, do I keep dropping body fat? Or maybe start a clean bulk and just the weights harder then ever??? I want to kill the rest of this fat. But I want to do it correctly.

    Thanks

The preferred method is to never bulk with a body fat over 15%. You tend to gain too much fat instead of muscle. Ideally you would cut your body fat down to say 12% and then very, very slowly (1/2 pound per week) gain weight and stop bulking when you reached about 15% body fat. Then you would cut again to get back down to 12%.... Then repeat until you are huge..

Bottom line for you.... more cutting to do first. At 15% you start to see outline of abs. At 12% you are looking pretty good. Not full abs, but good. I'm about 14% in my avatar.
A diet isn't punishment. A diet is a way to reward your body with the wholesome, nutritious food that it needs. Your body composition is a direct reflection of what you put in your mouth.

Then I should get my ass on a hard core strict diet, keep the p90x and cardio routine.
