Played alot of HS sports, weighed 220s. Somehow dropped down to 195 when i headed off to college. Never lifted before college. Started 2007 and now im weighing 250.
Workout 3x a week for 2-4 hours
Rugby practice/games rest of the day
Sundays recover.
Weak cardio, occasionally swim/run, never that much. Rugby is the main cardio.
Would appreciate some critique on mis-proportions (Other than legs, IE lats need work or something) and an estimated body fat % (I think i've been misinformed on BF% for the last few years, i read at mens health that it was like 15% for veins to show and under 10% for abs to show, and so i figured i've been around there, but upon seeing other estimations im thinking im more like 20% :/ )
Flat Bench: 335
Incline Bench: 225
Decline Bench: 375
Deadlift: 460
Squat: 365 (Might not be low enough)
Hangcling: 260
Snatch: 175
Back Flexed

I know my legs are weak, hard to work on, my squat form needs serious work. If these pics are crap to estimate anything from i'll take some more.

Thanks fellas, i figure it was like 45 lbs of muscle and maybe 5 lbs of fat, if i hit my legs as hard as my chest i think i could hit 260 or 275 lbs would be nice. I'm a little hesitant to cut alot, just because i always figured the less body fat % you had, the harder it is to bulk and gain muscle?
Also my arms have been at 18 inches for the past year, gonna try some new things and hopefully those crazy gripz things help change all that.Rugby Crew
