I noticed that the 'cookie roll' bars have Sorbitol & Maltitol listed in the ingredients. Correct me if I'm wrong, but those are sugar alcohols, right? If so, how many grams of sugar alcohol would the cookie roll bars contain? And the rest of the bars for that matter...just curious. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I can't give you an exact number right at this moment, but I will say that our bars are not ridiculously high in sugar alcohols like some bars are, and they do not cause stomach discomfort.

Unless you eat 6 of them in one sitting as they're so delicious.

I can vouch for this..... 1 piece of sugar free chocolate candy (Maybe a 1 oz candy? Picture the Easter eggs like a cadburys egg) with sugar alcohol puts me in a world of hurt.

I can eat a cookie roll bar with zero stomach issues.

Ok cool. Usually I don't have stomach discomfort but rather bad farts. I would pick these up to have in between classes or something...and would rather not deal with gas in that type of situation haha. Thanks for the info, I'm sure they'll be fine!

One quick suggestion.... these are really good at room temp... but the cinnamon roll (only one I have tried) becomes the best protein bar in existance following 10 seconds in the microwave. You wouldn't think they could be transformed so easily.... but try it and see
