ankles...knees? what are you experiencing? When you run...are you super hydrated? Sometimes, joint pain can really be chalked up to something as ''simple'' as not being hydrated on a run enough...and since you're just getting back to running, could be it? The humidity plays a role. I had joint pain a few months back when I started running again...so, just thought I'd throw that out there.
Maybe take it slower on the runs, or lessen them per week, until your joints recover. {{hugs}} for you.

I also found that sometimes it takes your joints a bit longer to strengthen up for running. Your muscles and lungs are strong but they take a bit longer to get up to speed on this. My biggest issue when I was running before was hip pain...once they got stronger it was fine.

Knees, elbows, wrists. I don't think it's running related - it's heavy lifting related. Last week I picked up the big lifts like bench, squats and DLs that I hadn't done in a while and the body is protesting. I pre-hydrate before the runs and drink Xtend during them. I'm going to try Animal Flex- I've heard great things about it from heavy lifters.

So, George Steinbrenner died this morning. This has been the topic of conversation since I got into work. I don't expect it to get any better. I really hate living in Yankee land.

*I like taking Curcumin extract for inflammation. Two grams a day standard and up to 8g a day when I am very sore and banged up. It find it works amazing.
This product in the bb.com store is a good product and I have been using it daily for at least six months:

I thought this was common knowledge.
I've gotten 3 IMs and at least 5 emails. And I am guessing if I log into ******** it will be all over. It's sad - he was an institution. I just get burnt out on Yankee talk, which any conversation about him will turn into. People here haven't realized they don't play for the Yankees.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794
