    Exclamation Need Help Please !

    Hey Guys ,Sup
    Hope everyone is fine
    Anyways , i have been lifting lately for like 4-5 months with some good results , but then stopped cause of uni exams, after that i was lazy to train again , so stopped like 3-4 months.
    Now i messed everythin up , started to gain weight and fat again, so im up to trainin again but this time gona use protein shakes .
    Now if someone can help me out with a good , easy to follow cuttin diet , for like a month that would be so great!!
    Cause i have no experiences with cuttin diets and so .

    Dude there is way to much to a cut to explain through a forum your gonna have to do some reading. However ill break it down a bit a cutting diet is simple high protein with lower carbs. Do not cut out carbs completely though! An example of a good meal would be some brown rice, chicken breast, and broccoli. Eat at least 6 times a day in small portions. The biggest meal of the day being your breakfast. For example when i was cutting my breakfast would look a little like this.

    ON Pro complex protein shake
    Natural oatmeal (Not the package ready made stuff) made with 2/3 cup milk
    Grapefruit
    Glass of OJ or 100% juice
    2 Egg whites

    Also do cardio upon awakening then have your breakfast. Stay away from high carb foods and make sure you get your protein. I hope this little bit of info helps

    Buddy grilled chicken has worked WONDERS for me. I know it's not the cheapest thing you can get but it's not that expensive and it's protein to fat ratio is nothing less than impressive. That's all I got for ya, I just started this whole thing.
