Hi, thanks for checking this out! Your opinions and feedback are greatly appreciated.
My BMR is 1800.
My calorie intake is 1500.
My daily exercise burns about 600 calories.
Therefore, my daily calorie deficit is 900 calories.
This means I will burn a pound of fat every 4 days.
Here's where more math comes into play -
My Body fat % is about 15%, and I weigh 160, therefore I have 24 pounds of body fat.
I want to get to 15 pounds of body fat, which would give me a <10% body fat %.
This means I have to lose 9 pounds of body fat. Above I calculated I can lose a pound of body fat every 4 days. 9x4 = 36 days.
To go from 15% to 10% seems really unlikely. However, here are some things in my favor -
I eat 300 calories every 3 meals.
I do a P90X and Insanity Hybrid routine, as well as High Intensity Interval training. This could add up to more than 600 calories of exercise a day.
I drink 1-2 protein shakes a day.
I take ******** (not for weight loss) which is known to boost metabolism and suppress appetite.
I'd like to hear your feedback, because I must not be considering something! I understand I need rest days, I plan on taking Sunday off every week.

Well planned out. Just don't get discouraged if you don't lose that much at that exact rate. With a calorie deficit you may lose a little muscle so your body fat may not change during a 4 day period. But really good luck and if you are doing P90 and HIIT you are probably burning more than 600 a day in exercise.
