    Lyle McDonald's UD 2 diet?

    Has anyone had any experience with this diet. I have some questions about it & how successful was it for you?

    I've done it for six weeks and will do it for another 4 or so in June. Worked pretty much as advertised (lost fat and strength improved) and I was pleased, but it's a pain in the ass in the scheduling department and certainly not a "long-term" type plan.
