My girl always tells me, "why you always tilt your head".. I think its a swag I picked up
by taking so many pics due to me being a rap artist i dont know lol And yea Im trying to lose the droopy/bag under my eyes, I dont get enough sleep ! But good looking out stacks
Actually today I didnt smoke, but 98% of the time YES lol

Lol @ everyone commenting on my facial expressions. I know, i know I'll try smiling next time, but can I get some constructive crit on how I look after 8 weeks?
I feel like I made pretty good gains so far, feel stronger and by the looks of the pics you deff can tell i've gained some mass. I still got a long ways to go but what areas does it look like I need to focus more on?

have your lifts gone up?
are you growing?
best way to tell if a bulk is working are those two things man measure your self everywhere
and evaluate if an area isnt growing as quick as others its lagging. keep good records then youll know for sure if your bulk is working4-07-2010~202lbs

How do you see no difference? It may not be a major difference but you can deff see my arms are getting bigger and cutting more. Then again i dont know how much of a difference you should be seeing over 8 weeks.
My lifts have went up, might just be a bad pic.. But look at the first pic, then look at my avy. I took that lastnite

I'm with the other guy, ok here's my op. Little progress your gains seem minimal , don't seem to have much mass but you got good experience which is great. You should hot the cardio and abs to shape up your sides and be more symetrical. Stick to the big 3 s . Squats deads and bench . Increase weight 5-10 lbs everyweek . Eat clean but a lot. Check back in 8 weeks. That's what I think.

Havent done much cardio since bulking and did abs here and there... From what I heard you should worry about that when cutting down as you can use those calories to gain more.. as far as the big 3's I got scoliosis so I cant really do deads even tho I wish I could. As far as squats I dont risk it for that same issue so I just do the hack squats and I bench once a week.. but yea Ill check back in 8

Good lookin Sky.. I thought I did pretty good and made some postive gains, but I guess according to some here I could of did better.. All my gains went up and I feel alot stronger I dont know how much more I should expect to see in only 8 weeks but what I do know is I got a long ways to go... I work out 1 hour in the gym 3-4 times a week..
Anything more than that is overtraining... Damn yall going hard lol.. You expect me to be
buff in 8 weeks? I've never worked out before ever, and going up 1 pound a week and basically staying at the same BF% is not bad at all.. You'll see in another 8 weeks
