I posted some pics. I'm trying to kill this damn chest and stomach fat. I know it's hard and usually the last places to go. But everything else is pretty good right now. Just wondering if I should lower carb intake, and bust my ass with weights and cardio, or just eat, eat, eat (healthy ofcourse) and lift, lift, lift heavy???
Any advice would be repped and appreciated. THANKS! : )
