    Low carb diet and keep losing fat? or Eat more (clean) and lift heavy???

    I posted some pics. I'm trying to kill this damn chest and stomach fat. I know it's hard and usually the last places to go. But everything else is pretty good right now. Just wondering if I should lower carb intake, and bust my ass with weights and cardio, or just eat, eat, eat (healthy ofcourse) and lift, lift, lift heavy???

    Any advice would be repped and appreciated. THANKS! : )

    Definitely start bulking. You don't look like you have enough muscle mass to do a successful cut, no offense.

    Definately bulk. EAT EAT EAT, and lift lift lift.

    no offense, but why would you want to lose more fat in your stomach area? In your second pic, you can see your ribs sticking out. Imagine losing even more fat then that. It does not look pretty. You need to have some muscle to stick out.

    Dude...start bulking eat clean ( dont forget muscle burns fat too) ...you really need more mass bro Chest looks like u have minor gyno, bring it up with weights and it will look better )

    I understand that, but I'm talking about the soft mushy gut that I have if I was more relaxed. But I think you guys are right either way. I just was thinking burn more fat (stomach, chest) then bulk! Thanks
