what you guys think of creatine. ive done it once before and it did nothing for me but im givng it another go now.

weight:181.5/ bench press 240/ bicep curl 110/ squats 308 /deadlift 360/ shoulder press 143/ pictures are from summer 2004 was 149 pound then, not big at all but consistancy will change that

i take kre-alkylyn. ive had great results from it. much better than the regular creatine monohydrate. only bad thing is its kinda pricey.

I've tried all kinds of creatine/cell volumizer concoctions. They all work pretty good for me. The latest spin on creatine is Creatine Ethyl Ester. Straight CEE works great by itself but there are also other CEE products out there.

When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.

All my lifts have gone up by 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I was in a pleatue also, so all my lifts were staying the same for like 2 months. Creatine definitly helped me.
