    Does my supplement stack clash with my Ketogenic diet?

    Please note i am currently cutting down from 224lbs (16 stone)


    Supplement stack -

    ON whey 100% protein
    No-Xplode
    PHD creatine
    Biotivia Bioforge
    EC Stack (Ephedrine and caffeine)
    omega 3 & 6 tablets
    Multivitamins
    Vitamin c 3g


    Ketosis Diet -

    Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
    Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
    Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
    Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
    Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
    Meal 6 6 whole eggs Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs


    I understand stimulants such as caffeine are not supposed to be used in a ketosis diet plan as they produce cortisol which burns muscles. Thus why i have incorporated Vitamin c into my diet plan to help keep cortisol low and stop me becoming catabolic.

    the NO-Xplode doesn't necessarily clash with the diet, but pre-workout formulas are usually designed around balanced diets. The B-vitamins' purpose is to help your body convert carbs to energy, so in keto, the B vitamins lose that purpose. 1 scoop also has 9 grams of carbs: that's not going to kill keto, but it's not going to help either.

    The carbs in the ON and NO-Xplode will make getting and staying in ketosis a challenge. This will not affect fatloss much, but it might make you feel like crap.

    Looks good to me but make sure to only take the no-xplode on workout days and right before/after the workout. The 9gms of carbs should not hurt but as others said it won't help so be careful. These supps tend to work best on a solid carb diet so you may as well just ditch it or take Nitrix.

    1st off caffeine is great on keto so don't listen to whoever tells you otherwise. Also looks like you are getting in a larger amount of carbs that I would be comfortable with on a keto diet then add in the no-explode, you will be borderline. You look to be at atleast 30gms a day plis the 9gms in no-explode..is this accurate?

    I only take my No-xplode on workout days and am actually contemplating stopping it due to my EC stack.
