Good find, Mike. I don't usually have any lower back pain, but I found it pretty interesting too.

Sway Back Posture is probably what he refers to as the Pink Panther Syndrome. I have a Sway Back Posture - my hamstrings are real tight, but fortunately I have no low back pain.

    I Wish!

5 years ago I started to get a numbness in my left leg about once every 2 weeks. Then it was once a week. Then every other day. Then it moved to my right leg, then to my left arm.

X-rays revealed two spinal fractures. Had cage, rods, and part of my hip bone put in/on the spine. Good result verified by surgeon, neurosurgeon, and chiropractor.

Now the numbness is coming back in the left leg almost daily.
