ps) Muscle Milk is okay, but it is high in fat--a whey protein would be better. More on this later.

Erica I'm not sure how you can reduce your hip size other than just general weight loss. I'm not sure how fitness contests are judged these days either, but if you want to compete I would think you want to lean out a little bit. But IMO for just being in shape a hanging out at the beach you are spot on fine!! If those hips are 40" then I say 40 is the magic number.
And props to all the ladies in here in general. You gals are really making 40 look like the new 30. Hell some of you I would guess were my age if it didn't say otherwise.Bench 335 x 4, 375 x 1
