If a person does burpees one day for cardio descending sets starting with 10 1 min rest between sets. Can they also do bench press next day or is that overtraining the chest?

Anyway, if you do bench presses the day after several burpees, then it shouldn't matter if you've got some training age. And if you don't, just keep the bench volume low, and you should be fine.
