Ok ladies this is going to sound wierd but I have been cutting over the past month and have had some decent progress however the fat that is loose on my body is tender. When I start running or being active my fat hurts as it moves up and down ( gross!!). Anyone have an explanation for that?

Hey saw your progress pictures, you're looking great! Keep up the good work you look awesome.
Anyways regarding the fat being irritated, thats a good thing. Your body does not like to store fat in spots that are irritated so that can help if you're feeling it especially on your thighs or stomach!
So just know its a good thing!

I posted a page requesting help with my post baby c-section tummy, so can tell you that I feel your pain. The thing that works great for me are SPANX. They are a but costly but well worth it. It holds everything in and there is no unwanted movement of areas you do not want moving. There are a variety of style that are available. You can get them at Nordstroms, Von Maur and on line. The price starts around $60. But way woth it to ease the pain. They also give great support to your lumbar and helps with your posture.
I hope this helps you.

If it continues for another week consider going to a doctor. It could be an endocrine issues or something up with your lymphnodes. The fat might be pulling on a sore area when you run and that is causing the pain.
Too much caffine or certain suppliments can cause adrenal overload. It is prob just lack of sleep, but just know it could be something more.Always demand more from yourself than anyone can ever expect of you.

i know the cause, at least as it regards me, is pitutary gland..i have the sfenoid bone which press on pitutary gland, so, the thyroid produces too many estrogens, that the liver doesn't succeed in expelling, this cause water retention...also pitutary gland regulate bodyfat, metabolism, period etc etc...in my case, this problem has been caused from years of undereating...

I agree 100%! It won't happen if i have a small cheat, but an all out, full day or 2 of eating off track causes this for me as well. I absolutely HATE the feeling so I don't let it happen very often. I think it is normal though as i have talked to a few people about it and they have also experienced it as well

Hey girl i would suggest wearing fitted/tight clothing! Start with ur underwear make sure they are waist high and firm on ur body also ur sports bra make sure it is well fitted. next maybe some high waisted tights to keep it all in place also/extra support and ontop you can get those singlet tops with the wide elastic on the bottoms maybe that would help also!!
Moving away from the clothing side of it all.. do some strength/weight training so that way you tone your body therefore less fat? And maybe try a fat burning supplement to aid ur progress...Hope i helped a little lol.. All the best sweetheart!
