I would totally appreciate any advice you might have. I get dizzy especially towards late afternoon when I am cutting and cannot focus on work. I do not want to eat too many carbs at that point but I cannot work without eating some carbs. And as I keep going with my cut, it gets worse so small amounts of good carbs dont even help.
I wonder if there is a fix for this other than eating many carbs. I also wonder if this might be a sign of fat deficiency in my diet? Are good fats supposed to keep us sane and help with the dizziness?

Weight?
Height?
Bodyfat?
Calorie intake?
Macros?
Water intake?
Supplements?
First, your dieting wrong if you feel this way. Up your calorie intake, probably carbohydrates. There's nothing wrong with eating carbs in the afternoon.
Are you drinking enough? Are you consuming a good multi-vitamin (specifically B-vitamins?)? Are you doing excessive cardio/high intensity weight training?I can resist everything except temptation.

thanks guys. well, weight is 123 but I am short (let's leave it at that)
drinking lots of water yes but I think my macros are messed up
60 protein
30-ish tops carbs
fats just error term, whatever comes in as fat with the protein (though my proteins are lean)
when I do eat carbs, they are slow acting clean carbs but nonetheless, I try to limit them

your dizziness is probably hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
Without going into something lengthy - it seems you're trying to 'starve yourself lean.' That doesn't work for most because your metabolism slows down.
You have to eat more, my friend

Thanks for the reply. Well, the funny thing is I am actually eating and have gotten lean. I just hate the dizzy feeling and the difficulty focusing which only show up in the afternoons for a few hours. Since I train pretty hard, I am actually eating more calories than a person my size should eat. So, no the problem is not starvation. But I think you might have a point with blood sugar and that could be because of the macros' being messed up.
