Thats what i do, wake up at 6.30 breakfast, walk my dog, take a shower, go to the gym, come home, shower, and then college for 4hrs.

What i found out personally doing this is that it helps u have a clear mind before you go to the gym, before everyother worry gets in your head your already driving or lifting.

I'd have to be in the gym at 6.45am, as I need to be in school by 8.30am. That means waking up at about 5.55am.

I'll be in school until 9pm, pretty long day

i always try but im too lazy or tired to get up that early. im going to make an effort to try. last time i did it it energized me having a morning workout. i felt good all day long. i went back to the gym at night to do some light cardio just because i was bored.

Yeah I was thinking that, it really does suck.

I finish school at 3.45pm, but I have study in the school from 6pm-9pm.

Unless I can get to the gym, workout, shower, get back to school, eat dinner in the school, all inbetween 3.45 and 6.

Don't think its going to happen

Man, I don't really like working out before school 'cause my first class starts like at 9am, so I have to wake up like about 6am and go to the GYM... For me it is better to sleep as much as I can to get more energy for the rest of the day. So I usually go to the GYM after school like at 7pm.
The principle is competing against yourself. It's about self-improvement, about being better than you were the day before.

Yeah, my first class starts at about that time.

I would go to the gym once I'm finished in school, but I finish at 9pm, and my gym closes at 10pm =\

I go to the gym at 5 every morning. My lifts went down a bit when I started, especially bench for some reason... It's not bad though, as long as i still get enough sleep I'm fine.

Wake up at 3:45-4:00, protein, oats, and pb. go the gym at 5:00, down by 6:00-6:30 and have a protein shake.

That probably won't be too bad, since supposedly exercises gives you more energy. But 5 days a week I go: school, gym, track and field, and work.
    Bulk 205.

    Current Bench: 215x8, 225x6, 235x4, and burnout 185.
    Current Squat: 225x10, 315x8, 345x6, 405x2, burnout 225.

Well if you can do that I'd say I'll be able to get up a little earlier and train
