oh man, i get so much crap at my job because i roll in every morning with a plastic sack full of tupperware.
typically, i'll eat at 10, 1, and then about 4.
example ::
10 am :: 2 cups broccoli, 1/2 cup grilled chicken, 1 oz almonds, 1 apple
1 pm :: 3 cups mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes, carrots, and black olives, 1/2 cup chicken, 1/2 cup black beans, 1 oz almonds
4 pm :: 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup cottage cheese (pre-workout)
sometimes i'll vary the carbs by using more or less fruit, or i'll eat more carbs from my veggies, like corn and green beans. it basically depends whether i'm lifting that day or doing some elliptical cardio.
peace.

I am fortunate in that I have a little refrigerator and a microwave in my office. I keep cottage cheese, V8 juice, hardboiled eggs, mozzerella skim milk cheese sticks, fat free plain yogurt in there.
I created a recipe for brown rice, black beans, ground beef, tomatoes, onions, celery, chicken broth, red crushed peppers, black pepper, salt, garlic, red wine vinegar and oil. This dish has it all, lean protein, complex carbs and good fats. I keep a plastic container of this at home and at the office. This is great for a pre workout meal about an hour before I leave the office.

2 whole eggs scrambled with 5 egg whites added. I buy two cups of cooked oatmeal here in the cafeteria. I bring my morning monster shake containing 16 ounces of 1% milk, 2 scoops of ON Whey, 2 tablespoons of Natty PB, 1 Tablespoon of Flax oil and one teaspoon of fish oil.
Idiotic and inconsequential people are still idiotic and inconsequential.
