Nice, I want to kind of do a revised version of that... Maybe with like a Westside/FST twist, lol I can never make up my mind as to what I want to do. I also want to do some Strongman training, but who knows haha

I don't know why, but the last two days I've woken up I've felt incredibly sore, but it subsides after a couple hours. I'm thinking I may be slightly dehydrated from all the Diet Pepsi I've been drinking (lulz)... Soda FTL! Have you ever tried Elixir by CamelBak?
I have the berry flavor. Taste is good, not great, but good. It's just a tablet that you drop into your water bottle and helps keep you hydrated. I don't like Vitamin Water very much but I have several of them because of a killer sale, and I wanted to try them. SO...I droped one of the Elixir's in the vitamin water and it actually tasted VERY good! You can sip on that throughout the day or workout and that should help and taste good. I'm trying a combo of my IA and Elixir this week as well. Just a thought...kingjameskjf @ seriousnutritionsolutions.com

Just below the kneecap... I put a 1-1.5" board down on the ground cause iotherwise it'd just a little too high, and if I drop it down a level it's mid shin
