lol yeah I had a friend do the seran wrap thing before.
How many cals/protein is that daily? I usually avoid pb too often cuz of the high calories, but if it fits it should be fine. I never worry about macros. I focus on calories and protein and without trying I'm almost always under 100g carbs, and always under 150.
That beer and pizza is what'll get ya. Those are diet killers right there. With all your cardio and lifting I think you'll be fine tho. One night won't kill you.

Weighed in at 214lbs today (down from 218). I had my cheat meal last night. Steak, mashed potatoes and two stoli and sprites. Good stuff. I hit the gym today for an upper body workout and one hour of cardio.

Im going to get a spread sheet together tonite.
Just got back from my run and my breakfast. Ran 3 miles (some kid fell out) and stuck to my breakfast ordeal of 1 cup oatmeal 1 spoon pb and i had 1/3 cup scrambled eggs with pico de gayo or however you spell it lol.
