    lol yeah I had a friend do the seran wrap thing before.

    How many cals/protein is that daily? I usually avoid pb too often cuz of the high calories, but if it fits it should be fine. I never worry about macros. I focus on calories and protein and without trying I'm almost always under 100g carbs, and always under 150.

    That beer and pizza is what'll get ya. Those are diet killers right there. With all your cardio and lifting I think you'll be fine tho. One night won't kill you.

    Protein Shake- 8oz milk 1 Scoop Whey 1 spoon of pb &ice

    Apple/almond or a protein bar (different than first snack)

    Salad & Chicken Breast

    Post Workout- 1 Scoop Whey and 8 oz water

    Bed-2130

    Tell me what you guys think, i think i may have finally gotten my diet right, im not worried about my macros being on point right now i just need to get back into the habbit of eating correctly and on a regular schedule

    But good work guys keep it going on this is helping us all i think!


    PS a quick trick (not sure on long term effect) for your stomach. It sounds goofy but it works. Take some saran wrap and some prep H and squirt it on your stomach/love handles and wrap it, now either sit in sauna or sleep with it on and it should take almost an inch off. Had to do this to pass the bodyfat to get into the army
    im still working on my diet myself but that looks great....holy **** i never heard of the hep H thing...i have seen some topical ointments that are supposed to "spot reduce" but i didnt think they really worked....what does it actually do does it help burn the fat?

    I was a nice even 210.0 lbs this morning.

    I lifted at the gym yesterday for the first time in ages. I thought I was taking it pretty easy, but man am I sore today! I'm hoping to get some light cardio in today.

    It doesn't actually burn the fat I don't think it just pulls it tighter to the skin I guess. Kinda of like on your waist where your belt loop goes.

    Well, I just weighed in at 153. Must have been a lot of water weight from the break.

    Weighed in at 214lbs today (down from 218). I had my cheat meal last night. Steak, mashed potatoes and two stoli and sprites. Good stuff. I hit the gym today for an upper body workout and one hour of cardio.

    I am weighing in on Saturdays and my weight this Saturday was 230.6. I have put up my scale until next week because if I don't I get on it every day and the fluctuation up and down drives me crazy. I am just hoping to see a steady drop on Saturdays.

    I ate pretty bad yesterday. I always let my diet slip on off days. Ate about 3000 cals.

    Will be back on track today though. Got chest/upper back, plus cardio later on.

    Just got back from my run and my breakfast. Ran 3 miles (some kid fell out) and stuck to my breakfast ordeal of 1 cup oatmeal 1 spoon pb and i had 1/3 cup scrambled eggs with pico de gayo or however you spell it lol.
