I have the worst one at my school. Skinny bitch pulls 405 and walks around school like hes hard as F with his chicken status upper body. Legit puffs his chest out + ILS

i was a huge victim for a few months. Thought I was the **** cause I got 315 with horrible form when i weighed like 135.
then I started to get concerned about my health and form and realized even though it was a legit deadlift I was still cheating myself.Start/Now
Back Squat: 155/405
Deadlift: 145/415
Bench Press: 1 pound/1 kilogram

Apparently all of the praise and glory from the ***gots around here got to your head.
I squat fairly often. My personal best is 335x5, I've never tried anything more. I go to parallel, and if I can, about an inch below. The Bodybuilding.com 1-Rep Max Estimator is a load of crap.
I have deadlifted twice in my life, the second being yesterday, during which I did 315x2.
I've been lifting for 4 months.
