Hey All, Just a few Before and After Pics.
Hit 233lb end of 2008, then cut all soft drinks out of my diet and dropped fairly radically.
Unfortunatly I have no real before pictures in terms of Full Body, but the below picture is reference:

Mid 2009 (still no exercise) dropped to 204lb(92kg):

Carried on eating a bit better, dropped a bit more, no diet or exercise and jumped into the gym around the 26th of December 2009 (around 2 weeks ago) and adopted a fairly strict high protein diet.
Today (10 Jan '10) weighed in at 190lb(86kg) with 11% body fat. Picture not flexed just standing relaxed.

Still got a long way to go, only 2 weeks of exercise after 5 years of nothing. Was surprised how much I battled with weights, but picking up fairly quickly due to muscle memory - Did allot of Rugby and Waterpolo in 2004.

Have done no cardio at all - thinking of starting MMA tomorrow.
