Need to switch up my tri workout

Been doing the same exercises for about a month and a half and i feel its time to switch it up and shock my muscles. Here are the exercises ive been doing.. Can anyone recomend some new ones for me.

Tris: Skullcrushers, Seated machine dips, rope pull downs, Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension, Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Also i need some help building my shoulders, theyve been lacking lately

For triceps: Close grip BP, kickbacks, DB overhead extension instead of cable, reverse grip pulldowns.

As for shoulders..I do BB shoulder press, rear delt flys, upright rows and flies. Just make sure you hit the shoulder press hard to build some mass on it. Good luck.

Theres plenty of othert good things to do for shoulders, but 1 things u mite wanna try is seated smith-machine overhead press with rest-pauses.

Set up a bench/seat so you can do seated shoudler press on a smith-machine (go heavy, 3-6 reps). Upon reaching failure, rest 10-20 seconds, and rep out again, repeat untill you cant do one single rep (dont do this every week).
    Stats:
    Squat: 335x1 (raw), 225x25 (raw)
    Bench: 205x1
    Deadlift: 285x2
    Power Clean: 165x3

    Standing Vertical Jump: 33.4 inches
40 yard dash: 4.65 (stop watch) 4.91 (laser)
    Pro Agility: 4.44

If you want one, sure-fire exercise to make your triceps grow. CG Rack Lock Outs. Drag a bench into the squat rack...set the pins so they are at about the half-way point of your bench press.
