I think I tried the 3 day Marine Diet, which is just a twist on some 3 day diet.. 3 days on the die, 4 days off...
1. breakfast was cottage cheese and apples.
2.Dinner was meat, beats and ice cream
something like that i dont really remember, i got hungry towards the night and ate some milk and cookies...I did dome research and found out this was just another fad diet...
When I first started cutting, at 240! I didnt know much about nutrution, I was eating 2 tuna sandwiches, daily with diet coke and chips..
Im pretty sure i tried more things, but i dont want to remember ..i'm just a calf guy living in an ab guy's world...

when i was wrestling to cut weight i went on an extreme diet(325-285)
breakfast - bowl of fruit
lunch - bowl of fruit
dinner - bown of fruit
oh and i restricted water intake to the point that i was taking ice cubes and letting them melt in my mouth....i got so dehydraded i'm lucky I did not die. I remember my urine was practically solid and you could actually watch it dissolve in the toilet bowl.
Once I made weight and drank water i puked from the water my body wasnt used to it
by far the worst thing i had ever done. right after wrestling season is when i just started packing on the pounds and never really looked back since.....till i reached 455 7 yrs later

Man where to start. started with all tuna, to spinach and egg whites, to chicken broth and saltines, to skipping those, to just starving myself to about 84lbs. Can't believed I survived

Semi-fasting - was young.
Fruit diet - about 10 kg down then plateau.
Actually they all "work" just that you don't have to hold on to them for a long time. I attribute my failure to my "will" mostly. After all this I discovered calorie counting + aerobic - 16 kg down (again failed, because I just let it all go).
Now I've discovered nutrition (complex and simple carbs all that) and weight training.

I set out to make the "perfect" diet with the exact macros and ratios and calories I wanted. I ate oatmeal with milk and whey protein for six meals a day, every day, for like 3 weeks. It was horrible, and a huge test of will. I got good results, but I couldn't keep it up and gained weight back when I went back to eating tasty food.
