OK,..something is happening to my physique! I feel extremely swole and pumped! muscles full and tight! I am about 180lbs now,..weight has been fluxuating.
Today I hit my new chest split!
The Plan,..pre exhaust!....before hitting the big compound movements I worked on more iso movements for 10-12 reps.
Heavy Dbell incline fly's
Pec Deck
*Incline Dbell Press
Decline Dbell press
All together I did about 10 sets. My rest periods were no more than 60 seconds. Let me tell you,..this was brutal and Intense!
I am also including side lateral raises for delts.
I think this style of lifting along with my mass diet is going to be pretty successful. I don't have to pound extremely heavy weight but am exhausted enuff to handle moderate weight at a great Intensity!
