People who are too weak to follow their own dreams will always find a way to discourage yours.

I like Body Fortress stuff. It's the only creatine I ever use (other than this stuff from GNC my Uncle bought and didn't want anymore, so I'm using it now)
And every now and then when I don't have the time to order protein powder, I'll pick up some body fortress stuff, the cookies n cream flavor is AMAZING and oddly it's chocolate based instead of vanilla like most cookies n cream protein powders, good stuff.

That's funny cause i'm in a similar situation where i keep a tub of their normal whey around just in case i run out of ON 100% whey between my orders, just because it is so cheap. once i had to use it for like a month...gains were still there however they werent as impressive as when i take ON.
Seriously though I used the whey it is good and cheap.

if u honestly think taking an isolate from a concentratre is going to make that much more of a difference and you dont mind spending a shiit load more money for isolate, then by all means go ahead and do it. I'm just saying I've done It for more than a year and hoenstly barely makes a difference, and your better off just upping the scoops for whey concentrate after a workout.

It's amusing how you stupid fucks that spend your time worrying about brands of protein and the differences between isolates and concentrates and how many grams of food you are eating down to the .001g wonder why you are still so skinny.
The most important opponent you will ever face in life is your mind.
Nothing can stop you faster than yourself.
