I have been on Madcow's 5 x 5 for three weeks and have seen great gains. I'm not tired or sore the next day so I decided to put together a program for everyone. Please don't criticize my program or I will have to find flaws in your avatar or stats and point out why my accomplishments exceed yours given the amount of time I've been working out. I'll post the first day. Let me know if you need more.

It should be a rule on this forum that you a) ask a question and b) provide a list of answers that you believe to be acceptable. This would solve a lot of problems. I think I'll send this idea to a mod.

brah that is an awesome workout - my uncle did that for 3 weeks and he is ****ing huge brah. i am gonna do this but im not a beginner so i will do a bit more on chest also i am gonna do forced reps followed by negatives, dropsets, supersets partial reps and when i come to failure im gonna use some good ol english
is this ok or do you think i should mix it up. was thinking of doing 100s. please critiquei dont compete against you. i compete against myself yesterday, last week, last year

I disagree with your routine totally brah for the following reasons:
1) Real programs have intricate sets/rep schemes so that they look really pretty when typed up, see:
Day 1 - Chest
Bench Press 4 x 16
Incline 3 x 12
Cable Flys 2 x 8
DB Flys 1 x 4
DB Press 2 x 8
DB Incline 3 x 12
Decline Press 4 x 16
and remove the DB Decline Press b/c it doesn't fit into my multiples of 4.Stats(5RM): 165kg squat, 105kg bench, 182.5kg deadlift.
