The girl will eat your food, assume that it is kind of high calorie and go work out. Since she doesnt know how many calories it is, she will -most probably- not workout enough to burn them all off (obv this will require some calculation and preparation on your part). My ex. I told her to gain weight coz I hated he rbody at 108 lbs she has no club what a protein is and what a fat is loll she just started drinking protein shake because she likes the taste and was eating dunkaroos and waht ever she likes all the time like 2lbs of pasta after training loll this summer she was 121 lbs hahaha and in pretty decent shape.Originally Posted by MUFC

The reason i didnt want the test subject to want to gain is because a person cannot always tell their gf that they need to drop a few lbs. If the weight gain works, then the weight loss should also work. It would require some different research/planning, but it is theoretically viable.Originally Posted by daYDreAmErX
