I have a theory type thing i need to test out.
Do any of you have a gf who could stand to gain some weight, but doesnt want to?

Not good enough.
And yea, mass in general, but preferably muscle. To conduct my research, i will need a girl who could stand to gain 10-15lbs, but doesn't want to and has a poor understanding of nutrition.
Well, if you convince a girl who wants to maintain/lose weight that squating and lunges are good for losing/maintaining weight (and they are), you can make her gain lean mass without her knowing by making her food.
The girl will eat your food, assume that it is kind of high calorie and go work out. Since she doesnt know how many calories it is, she will -most probably- not workout enough to burn them all off (obv this will require some calculation and preparation on your part). This will lead her to lift and do some cardio, but put on lean mass, thus accomplishing your goal of making her less skinny and more normal.
She will say "but i am gaining weight". You will say "Dw, it's cause you're new, you need to let your body adjust" (and so on and so forth).
This may seem obv, but i am theorizing that one could do the same thing with a moderately active girl who needs to lose a few lbs (not fat, just not where you want to be). Using this method, one should be able to control their female's weight.Last edited by MUFC; 10-05-2009 at 08:42 PM.

The reason i didnt want the test subject to want to gain is because a person cannot always tell their gf that they need to drop a few lbs. If the weight gain works, then the weight loss should also work. It would require some different research/planning, but it is theoretically viable.
