Leave OP alone. Full range of motion isn't necessary to do. Many people do bicep curls half-way, quarter pullups, dips within only the upper half, and various other exercises incorrectly..why should he be any different?
Lulz that thread is still goingMod negged for making a thread in Female Misc asking to change the title 'Female Misc' into 'kitchen'
Every woman is a whore, it's just a matter of price

I like how if someone squats above parallel, everyone will **** on him. But in this case, there seems to be a strong lickage of OP's balls here.
His form is wrong. What he looks like is irrelevant. He can do what he wants, but the point is his form is wrong, he shouldn't brag about it, and he shouldn't have posted a video..

Sorry bro i dont train my lockout on bench to be 10 more reps than my full bench... From this video and his posts its pretty obvious this guy cant accept error in his form. For me i change my form all the time, i look for the mistakes (there are many) and fix them, these so called haters are really just tryig to get him to bench properly. Forget what the misc has to say, venture to any powerliftin forum and the answer is always the same (within limit) touch your chest and find your form based on that criteria. He has basically done it backwards, he found his form(**** form a long armed person) and decided his rom based on what wont hurt. Also its an injury waiting to happen, without consistency in his rom (when u touch ur chest everytime ur rom is the same each rep) he will have 405 on the bar some day go too low and destroy his shoulder becauzr it has no idea wtf its doing with 405 so low. Now you praisers stfu vecausr u arent helping him.

Wow 12 pages huh lol Pretty crazy stuff.
Good job man. Half reps are heaps good to add to your workouts. I usually do my moderate work with full ROM at the beginning, then pyramid slightly, and use a crazy weight at the end for half reps too.
Don't listen to those people saying you're doin things wrong etc. Half reps are used by tons of pro bodybuilders (just so you know :P). Your form in respect to that was fine. Your speed was good too imo. I'm usually real slow on the eccentric even with half reps :P, except i explode a bit more on the up.
As for your question with the video recording, i have my own studio i work out of. So i don't really do the whole public gym thing anymore. During the middle of the day me and my mates will do workout vids no problem. Sometimes even with our clients as well.
In a public setting though, just ask a random (that you speak to at the gym, you know the type) whilst they're having a rest. Most people don't think negatively about it or judge you. Well, most mature people anyway :Padvertising/self-promotion not permitted

how long have you been lifting, sir? i've only been at it for 5 months now, and i'm already catching up to your weight. i deadlift far more than you ever will, especially because, well, you don't deadlift. lulz. i squat heavier for reps, and we'll be finding out what my max bench is today. regardless, this is 5 months progress, whereas i assume you've been lifting for far longer (and with sh!tty form apparently). i'll come say hi in a year, brah.

I Don't need to go to the gym.
I Don't need to try my hardest on all exercises.
I Don't need to touch my chest on bench press.
I don't need to do squats correctly.
But i do because im not a moron like you, who thinks whatever exercise feels 'comfortable' is the best for you.Current Lifts - B 140kg x 5| S 185kg x 3 | D 200kg x 6 | Front S 130kg x 5 |
