I take Xenadrine RFA-1. Love the stuff. Gives me the energy I need. Look into both as well as other fat burners and see which one is right for you before you choose.
videogameguy,
Did you start out with half the recommended dosage for 7 days or did you just start taking the recommend dosage right away?"The future becomes the present, the present the past, and the past turns into everlasting regret if you don't plan for it!"

A big scam? It's been proven time and time again that fat burners do work. I have my own proof that they work. But, you can't take it and just sit around and do nothing.
They can hurt people and yes, some are like speed."The future becomes the present, the present the past, and the past turns into everlasting regret if you don't plan for it!"

But remember folks, please please please please please NEVER go over the recommended dosage.
I havent actually seen the recommended dossage to know whether or not they do it by weight. I am interested in trying it for a few weeks to see how it works out and I thought I'd ask.

I read that eventually your body will build a tolerance for this stuff making it less and less effective. So are you supposed use it for say 5 days then 2 days off and so on...?Supplement Enthusiast

There is a really good article in the new edition of Muscle and Fitness that addresses cycling of ECA stacks. Basically, it says that you do not need to cycle them. I always thought it was a good idea to cycle them until I read the article. Like everything else, they will probably come out with an article in a couple of months saying it IS good to cycle them. Personally, I alternate between different ECA stacks. I only take them to give me energy, not for weight loss. I need SOMETHING at 4:30 in the morning to get me going.
