I used to always have trouble motivating myself to do cardio. My energy was low, my drive was low. Even when I started doing cardio, I'd stop 10-15 minutes into it. Now I can do cardio for 45 minutes straight and keep my energy waaaaaay up. Want to know what did the trick?
Omega 3-6-9 fish oil and a multi-vitamin immediately before exercise. I dont know why that combination works so well but its worked WONDERS for me. My energy is way up during cardio and now I can burn off 500 calories in 30 minutes. Try it. And if you're feeling frisky, throw in an EC stack with it too for even more energy!
