Just curious on who you guys think. I've seen a lot of threads about biceps, but legs is where the most pain in my opinion comes from and I just want to recognize some of the best. I'm very sorry if this is a repost from the past.

I would go for Tom Platz
Looking at many photos of Tom on Internet, I would go for Tom Platz as the biggest legs (with quality) of all time. His legs are not just huge, but full of seperations and quality.
Of course, many pros can build bigger legs than him, but it may sacrifice quality. Biggest legs in the world, that are full of fat, and lacks quality mean nothing.

You are Freakin' retard !!. The thread does not say "Pro" bodybuilder. So, whoever lifts weight regularly can call himself a bodybuilder too.
My roommate who is fat bodybuilder has legs that 1.5 times as big as Ronnie's. So, do you wanna call my roommate the biggest-leg dude of all time??? You, retard !!
Go suck Ronnie's dick if you love him that much.

Chill,
First if you knew how to read we wouldn't have this problem, While the title says biggest legs, the post actually says "I just want to recognize some of the best." So yeah he does mention best in his post. Whenever legs are mentioned Tom Platz must be mentioned...it is just one of those universal truths. His leg development was far superior to anything in his time. Not only does he arguabley have the best legs ever, but they were also fairly big...big enough to deserve mention in a thread to recognize big legs. But this thread was about the big as well as the best.Last edited by Whingman; 04-24-2007 at 01:25 PM.
I believe that anyone can conquer fear by doing the things they fear to do, provided they keep doing them until they get a record of successful experience behind themselves.

If we're talking best alone, ie. quality I'd say Platz. I do not believe his were the biggest though.
In terms of the "impressive" factor, it's remarkable that Platz achieved those legs with a fraction of the insane doses pros use today.

I find this "bigger is better" mentality a little dangerous.
Look at some of the photochops of pros with enlarged/morphed muscles making them look like 400 lb mass monsters.
IF that were possible, then a deal of fans here would rather have that look than even modern 300 lb mass monsters.
Personally I feel the 80s showed the best bodybuilding physiques. Subjective, of course. I do NOT feel bigger is always better, and now it seems a lot of the physiques come off the assembly line - they all look VERY alike. No "trademark" physiques back then with unique characteristica.

IMO, I would no way compare Colemans legs being shredded more than Platz anytime. Coleman tho in his prime were fantastic I agree, but to say better than Platz, especially considering when Platz was in his prime, no way.
2006 Coleman legs looked as if they were going to explode. Poor guy had huge legs but little seperation.
