The gym I go to now doesn't have a weighted crunch machine, or a place to do leg raises. I've been doing crunches, 5x35.....what else should I do?

Believe the correct name for the excercise are floor sweeps. What you do is lay down on a flat bench with weight on each side of the barbell, normally like a 45 lb. weight on each side making the total weight about 135lbs. Hold the bar directly above your shoulders or a little lower to much more pressure on your abs and do leg raises right on the bench, you can go straight up and down or do side raises to include your obliques. Hope this helps!

I like pikes alot...Just stretched out sit ups...arms out legs out then pull up into a ball with your arms wrapped around your shins. Or doing sit ups laying down with your legs up on the bench hits the lowers well. Or sit on the bench and extend your legs out and down then contract into a crunch.
I am not my possessions,
I am my personality..my confessions,
My ideas and my questions,
Living only truely through my experience and the knowledge I've captured in my lifetime of lessons.
