If she hasn't gone through the court system and barred you from visitation, you have every legal right to visit and spend time with your child. If they refuse...call the police. In fact, file a report... use that in court and do it every time. Every harassing phonecall, make a record. Make a record of everything she and her father say as well as notable things...use it in court, have witnesses if possible.
Everytime they violate your rights, call the police. you will get at least shared custody.
