Hi,
My doctor has recently advised to increase intake of fibre in the body by consuming more vegetables and fruits. I was wondering if there is solution out there that I could consume with my diet as a supplement to my fibre consumption? It should be completely natural. Is anyone aware of such a solution?
thank you,
Sam

Go buy some coarse wheat or corn bran. Out of every 7 carbs, six are fiber. Both cost about 75 cents a pound.
Flaxseed is more expensive and calorie dense, but it provides further benefits like omegas.
Anyway, sprinkle it on your morning cereal/oatmeal and it'll do the trick. Doesn't take much. Will rep back 250+
