I'm sick of these obnoxious and annoying posters in the Exercise forums. There's people trying to get some feedback/informations and all they do is troll trying to get their post counts up and putting in useless infos.
Also delete Misc. forum. Its the birthplace of all of this shenanigans. This place has gone downhill since I started coming here a year or 2 ago.

report + ignore features work very well. misc section is for off topic discussion, meaning that it's not necessarily body building related. if you're here for body building discussion, stick to other parts of the forum.
