I just got 4 stitches right above my armpit. The doctor said not to workout for at least 10 days. It really sucks. Anyone ever had any similar experiences?

split my chin open racin motocross and got some o'dem stitches. the doc shoved the numbing needle right into the center of my wound lol

I got 7 staples in my shin,but it was before I was working out.Then a week later I was pulling up my sock and it reopened it. It sucked. Cut them open on those bush cutters that look like scissors.

i got 8 in my back after getting a tumor mole thing removed. Doc toldme to take 2 weeks before lifting. i went back after one week and split it open again lol

I had stitches in my left eyebrow with I was four. Did not affect my weight training.
