I am not worried about fiber. Too much fat? I think my protein intake is perfect (185lbs @ ~10% bodyfat) Give me input. I'm just thinking about macros, so please help me out here. I don't care that my breakfast comes from McDonald's...i sometimes make my own breakfast sandwhich with similar makeup. Should I throw in some oatmeal in the morning as well?

You should be worried about fiber.
From a purely aesthetic standpoint, it's one of the two nutrients crucial to keeping your blood sugar system under control and therefore will help you make the most lean gains. The other is fat, obviously.
Not to mention, colon health and regularity, energy levels, and overall health (a multivitamin is no substitute for a balanced diet). Add some fruits and vegetables, nuts and other legumes, and swap that nasty breakfast out for something healthier. If you can't join'em, beat'em.

terrible diet
Thats a horrible bulk. almost no nutritional value. Too little protein, not enough calories, dont even get me started on "2 handfuls of triscuts" as a meal. And 4 of the 6 meals are only 300 calories. This diet makes no sense. And if you dont want adivce (as evidenced by your comment to the poster who preached fiber), then dont post asking for advice.
