The One looks like a great product. Wish I was on a cycle right now lol. But I'm planning on finishing my novedex xt/act x 8 week stack and possibly start The One in October. By then I'd have a year of dedicated weight lifting. Hopefully I get to 180lbs by then. And then hit 195lbs with The One by November. At my height, that weight would be solid.

yeah thats how i met her, i gave her **** back today at work and she was like wtf you didnt need to do that. Im like yeah i did, she wrote me a letter last week saying all this **** about how great things were going and how she was looking forward to what ever came next. Day 7
Legs/Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Leg numbers were terribly low because the past two days i have gone on mile and a half runs and played basketball last night for 2+ hours. This morning at 8 o clock i had a softball scrimmage and by 1 o clock i was really close to bailing on legs for this week. I didn't wanna let my lifting partners down so i went anyway, this is how the day went.
5 minute warm up on the bike legs were f'in tight!
1 and a thirds squats
135x10
165x10
205x10
Looking back at last weeks numbers i was no where close due to every muscle in my legs feeling like it was going to tear.
Leg Press
2 plates each side x 10, 12, 15
Felt good but did not want to push it
Seated Calve Raises
10,12,15,15,20
Hammer Strength isolation shoulder press set with iso shrugs
Shoulder press
1 plate each side, 12, then 5 each arm..same rep scheme the rest of the way
1+25
2 plates
1+25 15, then 5 each arm
shrugs
1 plate each side x 15
2 plates x 15
3 plates x 15
4 plates for 15
Decline situps set with side laterals
20, 10
20, 15
20, 20
You may be wondering why there is not more concentration leg work and its because i have a bad knee and anything single leg (extension/curl) is way to painful and feels like its going to pull right out. The press and squat dont hurt because i wear a very tight support brace and can still go pretty deep.
We didnt hit shoulders that hard today because most of us were spent from legs and wanted to do abs and gtfo.

The one is a very smooth ph, it hasnt blown me away yet but its def doing its job. My bp is in normal range, no headaches and no troubles with sleep; all of which have occured on prior cycles. My libido is pretty high right now and all my friends notice because i will just stop and stare at any fine piece of ass that walks by.

haha yeah to an extent but i guess since we went at a different time today there was mad new chicks i havent seen before
im enjoying it in the fact for the cycle its a great price and that i guess since i am not full on bulking the results are not as stellar.
but its def not havoc (yet atleast)
but it def seems like a good first timer choice

Day 8 & 9 updates
Arms & Off
Now i dont really want to chronicle my arm day but the strength was def up and the pump was amazing. overall it was an awesome workout.
Today is an off day and gonna play some softball and bball depending on the weather. I work again tonight but i have been picking up shifts left and right to start making some money. I blew a lot stocking up for a couple months on supplements so i am good in that regard. I am going to be helping my father through his divorce. I will be moving in and helping with the mortgage and all the other bills. I am also saving up for next semester of school.
Tomorrow is chest day which i am very excited for. Ill get to see what PR's i can set because we will prolly be doing some new workouts. Db inclince flat hammer and so on. I made an 11 ounce steak just to follow chest day.
Comments on the one now i can tell i am "on but very vaguely. The pr's are not coming like with the havoc and neither is the size. Now i am not looking for much size on this cycle but i guess my expectations were higher on this product. I am still growing and can def tell. If this **** does not knock me off my ass this week i am running the last two weeks at 4.
I began the eviscerate on saturday and damn does it feel awesome! I am so excited to see this products final results on my mid section!
