Hey man, she could be f'ing yoked. Who knows?

Like we said though, numbers are hard to visualize. Post a picture to get an honest evaluation.

If you're shy, don't be. Everyone is in this forum much for the same reasons you are. We also all realize that everyone starts somewhere. You won't be the worst starting point to ever grace this place, that's for sure. That title belongs to KingOfChaos.

(Much love to you, King. I see your results and I have great respect for what you've done. :P)

Besides, it's the internet. You're not going to ever meet any of us in real life. Ever.

    So snap some photos.

Your body fat is within the "acceptable" range for women (25- 31%)

the Fitness range would be 21-24%.

Well if you are 200lb at 30%, most women want to get to 15%. So to lose 15% would be 30 pounds of fat. At a 70% fat 30% muscle loss ratio would be about a total of 42 pounds. So your weight would need to be 158.
I Rep back always. Put it in comment.

500+ will 100% get repped back.

15% would be to thin/weak for my sports. Currently I have 140lb or so of muscle.. 150 pounds would be way to thin. IMO. I was thinking 160-170.

I just don't know how to go about losing 30 pounds ><

    3500 calories = 1 pound loss.

500 calorie daily deficit = 1 pound down a week.

I think you can safely run a caloric deficit between 500 and 1000. Combination of diet and exercise over a long period of time, I guess.

You lose 30 pounds the same way that you lose five pounds. Eat at a deficit or do cardio to compensate for poor eating habits.

out of shape isnt the same as being fat.

fat people are lazy inate people that dont do physical activity. you're not one of those apparently, if you play all of those sports.

Well, you're doing cardio, often. Just cut your calories, and change your diet I guess. I have no idea what you're eating, but you'd be suprised how quick you can lose weight from just eating healthier.

Try going vegetarian for 2 weeks. You'll see a difference, guaranteed.

sometimes strawberries, blueberries, rasberries with whip cream

    Snack; Protein shake/Protein bar

    Lunch:
    Packaged salad (450 calories)
    or
    Rice Bowl with Sausage/yoshida's sause

    Lunch:
Normally salad and some sort of main course.. Never know whats for dinner.

    I drink 1-2 water bottles/day

Yes, but you'll be suprised how quick a diet can go off-course. Its not also what you eat, but how much of it you eat.

    My diet works like this...

    Wakeup --
    -Cup of Tea
    -Oatmeal/Banana/Grapefruit (one of the 3)

    After class--
Salad with onions, vinegarette dressing, black olives

    mid day--
Turkey sandwhich, two pecies of toasted whole wheat, swiss cheese, mustard

    Snack--
fruit/nuts/salsa & whole grain tortilla chips

    Dinner--
    Lean meats, one serving.

I did a completely vegitarian diet after getting back from college and lost 10lbs. Try it, I suggest it to anyone trying to lose weight. If you HAVE to eat meat, throw tuna or chicken in a salad.
