You can have excuses or results, not both.

Some awesome looking meals - mine tonight was not so great, at least not great looking
Big salad made with baby spinach, baby mixed greens, radicchio, parmesan cheese, a bunch of tuna, and Italian dressing, spaghetti with my grandma's homemade sauce, and some microwave chicken pot pie bites.

I was in a pinch, out and about and didnt have much food with me, stopped into Safeway and came out with No Salt Added Cottage Cheese, greek yogurt and blueberries, in the ziplock is my usual Kashi Golean cereal mix.
I am proof that with a little discipline, anything is possible...there is NO magic pill.

I would if I knew it. Like I said, it's my grandma's, and I've never gotten the recipe from her. I'll tell you, though, I know there's sugar in it, and not a whole lot more than spices (just a little) and tomato. She's from Sicily, and the sauce is more sweet and tomato tasting than the spicier, more robust sauces from northern Italy.

Thanks man!
it's meat, oignons, garlic, spices and the pulp of the tomatoes
So easy to do: remove the seeds and the pulp of the tomatoes. Heat a little olive oil in a pan, add garlic, oinion, meet, seeds and pulp of the tomatoes and spices. Cook until meet is brown. Stuffed the tomatoes and bake in the oven for 15-20 mn (375 F)
Bon appetit!

That's probably bc you were paying more attention to her. jk But really, yall ever notice how her shirts are always so damn low-cut - not that I'm complaining or anything......
Sidenote: Just got back from buring ~3k+ kcals on the road (average I guess), so I guess I'll just satiate my appetite w/ more pie maybe w/ some Sunbutter on top. I wasn't able to make the group ride due to me not knowing the exact location of the meetup and google.earth f'ed me up, so I just headed out by my lonesome for a couple hours on some big hills and now my thighs are burning like crazy.
