Ate 600g of ground beef for supper yesterday. That's like 1.3lbs or something.
Also had a bowl of spinach I made because it was in the freezer and noone else would eat it. Soooo gross. I eat about 6eggs a day 6oz meat for lunch 10-12oz meat for dinner (usually chicken, tilipia or steak) Though tonight i had a 12oz juicy burger at a bar and grille!
