I know you should take it pre (or during) workout .. but should you take it pre cardio too?
How much should be taken?
Let's say I lift early in the day and i do cardio later in the day.. should i take it before both? How much should i take?

so you take 4 scoops total per day Crucial? I was reading that 4 scoops per day is a bit of overkill.
I'm contemplating on sipping one scoop before and during workout, and one scoop before cardio, making a total of 2 scoops a day.
Just wondering if it would be more beneficial to take more before/during lifting and none before cardio.. or more before both.. etc.
One major purpose to taking purple wraath is combating burning muscle right? So it would probably be a good idea to take some pre-cardio.. since cardio is catabolic?-ol'greensleeves
