btw, going for spring break tomorrow... just a couple days but will keep training and going on with my cycle, will have to limit my alcohol consumption dahh .

Updating stuff, On the final track of this
Getting my PCT as well.
I just came from spring break recently, it was NICE! and I had a lot of fun, I really needed that break since everything gone heavy with work and studies. Only thing is that I couldn't drink much cuz I was on cycle but I continued with going to the gym and my lifts! oh man you know...

DAY 24
Workout...
Legs + Abs ....
No cardio
Notes: Squats were amazing, one of the best leg workout I've had over the cycle and recently, back pumps were not present so I could give my max at 355x1. One thing Im really liking about this cycle is the progressive gains, it keeps you looking forward to next workout.
Diet...
Got 3500-3700 cals
40p/40c/20f
Notes: Now I will follow this standard macros and will keep 3500 cals at minimum, aiming for 4000.
Dosing BBS
BBS Whey - 1 shake in the morning and another POST workout
BBS Creatine - 5g PREworkout
BBS WMS - 30g of carbs with my POST workout shake
BBS Finadex - 1 cap with breakfast, 1 cap with lunch and 1 with dinner
Everything has been going smooth but I recently found my blood pressure a bit higher than normal but nothing to concern. Ive experienced this with almost every PH/DS on the latest days.

The cycle is coming to an undesirable end unfortunately so I gotta put all my efforts on this to maximize all the effects since they are already kicking nice.
I started to use BBS WMS PREw too and it has been working fine, feel more energized through workout.
