Supplement Facts
1-Andro Rx? Prohormone
FINALLY GET REAL RESULTS FROM A LEGAL SUPPLEMENT!
The pro-hormone 1-Androsterone (aka 1-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one) the main ingredient in 1-Andro Rx converts to 1-testosterone and you will experience similar muscle mass and strength gains that were seen with 1-AD and M1T before they were banned. 1-Androsterone does NOT convert to estrogen or DHT and is not liver toxic.
The strong anabolic properties of 1-testosterone have been established in the literature. Research conducted in the 60's found that 1-testosterone had a myotrophic (anabolic) potency of 200 as compared to 26 for testosterone, making it over 7 times as anabolic. This was done using the rat levator ani assay, which is commonly used to test the anabolic potency of steroids. In addition to this, 1-testosterone and 1-AD are both unable to aromatize to estrogen. Hence these substances cause very significant increases in muscle size and strength with about the androgenic potential of testosterone and almost no estrogenic side effects (water retention, fat gain, gynecomastia).
1-Testosterone Facts:
- 7 times the anabolic potency of testosterone
- High oral bioavailability
- Long plasma half-life
- Well absorbed through the gut
- Is not converted to estrogen in the body, therefore causes no breast enlargement or water retention
- No conversion into DHT in the body, therefore won?t cause acne, scalp-hair loss, or body/facial hair growth
- No liver damage, stomach discomfort, or toxicity
- Increases lean muscle mass, strength, muscle hardness and vascularity
- Decreases body fat

My Info:
25 years old
5'8 224lbs at 9% bodyfat
Training for a little over 8 years
This is going to be a pictureless log guys due to my lack of camera buut I will keep accurate check of my weight and body fat. Since weight fluctuates a bit daily I will post my weight and body fat on a weekly basis. I am strictly a bodybuilder and am not too concerned about how much weight I'm lifting but I will also keep a daily log of my workouts for those interested,.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind I'm fairly advanced and have previous AAS, IGF-1 and Insulin experience so I do not expect to gain 15lbs or add 30lbs to any of my lifts like someone less experienced might, this does NOT mean the product is inferior. At my level, realistically, I expect to gain about 5 clean lbs tops, which would be a very significant increase at my current weight and level. I do not want anyone to think "oh well he barely gained anything, the product must suck", after 8 years of training and having used AAS you have to put my gains into proper perspective.
With all that said, I'll be taking 6 pills a day split into a morning and pre-workout dose of 3 and 3. This will give me a month long cycle. The goal will be to get to 228-229lbs while gaining no more than 1% bodyfat. First dose is today, let's get it on.

4-18
Chest and calves (This should have been a Friday workout but I had to move it to today, which would normally be an off/cardio day)
NOTE: If I write something like 10x3, 10 is the number of reps, 3 is the sets. For the most part I do straight sets so this will keep the write-ups shorter, for some compound lifts I do pyramid up in weight.
Dips: 145lbs+ BW (Body weight) 13, 13, 12, 12
Incline Dumbell Press: 85lbs 13x3
Incline Dumbell Press Drop Set:
85lbs 10x1, 70lbs 10x1, 50lbs 10x1, 50lbs 7x1
Single-Legged Standing Calf raises: (Full stretch with pause at top)
125lbs+BW 15x8
And there you have it, nice and simple. I'll be back tomorrow with what should be a Hamstring and Delts day. (I switch my workouts and exercises around a lot, don't expect them to stay constant)

4-19 Hamstrings and Delts
Lying Leg Curls: 45lbs 25x1, 145lbs 10, 10, 10, 9
Romanian Deadlifts: 225lbs 15x1, 315lbs 13x1, 370lbs 8x1
Seated DB shoulder press: 80lbs 13x3
Front raises: 45lb plate 15x3
Rear lateral raises: 45lbs 9, 8, 8
I really dragged through this workout and just went through the motions, however I normally workout late in the afternoon and today I worked out much earlier than what I like, I'm not a morning person (and for me, morning is before 3 P.M. lol) so I wasn't as focused as I'd like. Lifts were fine though, feel good.
As you can see I prefer doing higher rep ranges for the delts, I feel I get better growth in smaller muscle groups from higher rep ranges as it's very difficult to overload a small muscle like delts or biceps without a lot of other parts taking over. You can get benefit from doing heavy cheat rows because as much as you cheat, the back is still the primary mover.... but if you try that with a curl, there is no way the bicep will be the primary mover, it is far too small. There is some benefit to heavy negatives but I personally see much better growth from higher reps performed nice and slow, really flex and squeeze the muscle while doing the movement.
