    "Flab" Question

Hello, I've got myself to this point in my weight lost, and I'm starting to get a bit frustrated, so I figured I'd ask this question. I'm 21 years old, about a year or so ago I weighed about 220lbs, I've dropped down to about 140-145lbs. I have some "flab" left if you will, and I'm trying to get rid of it. I do alot of cardio (stationary bike & tredmill) and I've just started doing weight lifting very lightly (not trying to build muscle, just trying to tone the "flab") but nothing seems to be working.. What is the best way to conqure this? Continue with cardio? I've been doing my best to work on my abs and chest area with push ups/sit ups and some dumbell work, but I'm thinking maybe I'm missing something.

    Thanks for any help!

give it time, your lost around 80 pounds. Your gonna have loose skin that will appear and feel like flab, it will take some time for it to tighten back up.
