Hello gang. Man, what a time it has been. I have so much food in me i look like a walking potatoe. hehe. When i posted about 3-4 months ago, i was 150 lbs. Here is what i looked like before pumped...
Wow your arms are looking huge. Crazy size to them. I would think you would weigh more with 17.5 inch arms. My arms are no where near that size and I also weigh 170 around your height.
Darn quads of mine taking up weight.
Great job bulking tho, I would keep going at the rate your putting on size.

Thanks buddy...Ya, I have a VERY small frame. It looks big in pics, but i am very small boned. So thats why i look like i weigh over 170 lbs but i dont.

Well, here is the thing..I have been bulking since the beginning of the year, and i am not sure if i should stop or just keep on going. I have never been this filled out before. I had to get a whole new ward-robe. I was thinking about leaning down, but then again, i LOVE the feeling of filling out my cloths. I am so confused. I will be at the gym and i will see a guy with RIPPED abs but has 14" arms. Then i think to myself "Man, i wish i was lean again" but then i see another guy that is HUGE and i say "Man, forget lean, i am getting big" LOL..I am so confused.
As far as eating and my lifting routine:
For lifting, to get mass, YOU MUST LIFT HEAVY..
As for eating, to get mass, YOU MUST EAT EVERYTHING..

Hey buddy..thanks. Remember, those are my stats pumped, not cold. Cold, i am exactly one inch smaller all throughout my body except for my calves..lol.
Believe it or not, i dont take any supplements..Wait, protein shakes in the only supplement i take. Thats it.
As far as routine, i dont do anything different then anybody esle, i just lift hard and heavy..

You sound like me man. I'm at my biggest right now...half the time I want to cut down and the other half the time I want to get much bigger. If I get any bigger, none of my favorite clothes will fit anymore. LOL!
You and I look very similar in build and we pretty much share the same stats. I'm just over 170 and my arms are slightly smaller at 17" pumped...but then again, I think I'm much shorter than you. I'm 5'4"...how tall are you?
Anyways...you're looking massive man! Now you're making me want to get bigger yet.
